Un día típico en el trabajo:
Día a día, tu principal enfoque será satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes. Les ayudarás a elegir entre una amplia gama de dispositivos inalámbricos, planes de tarifas adecuados, accesorios útiles, seguro para productos y mucho más. Impulsarás las ventas contactando a clientes actuales y potenciales a través de llamadas, mensajes de texto y plataformas web. Completarás los cursos de capacitación designados para mantenerte al tanto de los últimos productos, servicios e información del sector. Estas herramientas te ayudarán a tener éxito en la tienda y a crecer como vendedor.
Responsabilidades del consultor inalámbrico:
• Cumplir con los objetivos de ventas personales cada dos semanas según lo establecido por el gerente de la tienda
• Representar a Victra y Total de Verizon de manera positiva, ofreciendo un servicio al cliente excepcional
• Revisar promociones, planes y dispositivos diariamente
• Realizar llamadas y enviar mensajes diarios para impulsar las ventas utilizando diversas plataformas
• Asistir a entrenamientos semanales y mensuales
• Crear un entorno comercial óptimo a través de la limpieza, marketing y organización
• Manejar todas las interacciones de servicio al cliente con cortesía y profesionalismo
• Mantener altos estándares de limpieza a medida que evolucionan
• Desarrollar otras funciones asignadas
Compensación:
En promedio, nuestros consultores inalámbricos ganan alrededor de $24.50 por hora, con la posibilidad de obtener ingresos adicionales a través de comisiones ilimitadas. Esto representa más de $44,500.00 al año en base a una semana laboral de 35 horas. El ingreso máximo estimado es de $58,000 al año con la misma jornada laboral. Se garantiza un pago base de $9.65 por hora con la oportunidad de ganancias ilimitadas mediante comisiones. Durante los primeros 60 días de empleo, se asegura un pago mínimo de $15 por hora.

Requisitos físicos
• Capacidad de levantar hasta 10 libras
• Capacidad de estar de pie durante largos períodos
Requisitos de formación
Es obligatorio que todos los consultores inalámbricos asistan y completen con éxito un programa de capacitación de 4 días en New Hire University (NHU) dentro de las 2 semanas posteriores a su fecha de inicio oficial. Es posible que este curso incluya viajes nocturnos costeados por la empresa. Además, se requerirán varias capacitaciones en línea y presenciales durante el empleo en Victra.
