Description

To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a
Work Trainer (m/f/d) for the University Hospital in 39120 Magdeburg. Your main focus will be on imparting knowledge in the areas of hygiene, cleaning, and general legal principles. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week.

Your responsibilities

Training and instructing our employees on various topics
Providing close support and guidance to new employees during their training period
Assisting supervisors with all technical matters
Planning trainings and creating/preparing corresponding training materials
Serving as a point of contact for specialists and managers

Your profile

Previous experience in a similar position is desirable
Experience in the field of building cleaning
Teamwork, friendliness, and empathy
Strong communication skills
Good German language skills, both written and spoken
