They are a neutral advisor for all parties involved and ensure legally secure processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of drafts for notarial deeds
  • Monitoring the execution of notarized transactions
  • Correspondence with clients, courts, authorities, and other parties
  • Support and advice for clients

Who You Are:


  • Law degree without state examination
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
  • MS Office skills
  • Systematic and analytical thinking and working style
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Diplomacy, friendliness, and tact when dealing with clients
