You will be the interface between the Rhenus team and our client on site.

As a team leader for reception services, you will work together with the project management at our client's location.
You ensure efficient shift planning and organization, smooth workflows, and the fulfillment of our service promise.
Personnel management and recruiting are integral parts of your responsibilities, requiring active communication and social competence.
Continuous optimization and proactive action, as well as ongoing dialogue with our client, are crucial to your success.
You will record necessary data in our and our client's IT systems and prepare the monthly billing.

What you bring to the table:

You already have leadership experience, for example in the hotel/restaurant industry, and have good English skills.
