Your responsibilities:

You consider the individual needs and abilities of our residents and incorporate them into personal care planning
Performing nursing and medical tasks
Advising and supporting residents and their families
Providing professional guidance and instruction to trainees, interns, and nursing assistants
Digitally planning and documenting care processes
Implementing quality standards and utilizing your expertise

What we expect from you:

You have successfully completed training as a certified geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nursing specialist (m/f/d), or health and nursing care professional (m/f/d)
You maintain an open and responsible approach towards residents
You work independently and with attention to detail
You are resilient and ready for action
You bring responsibility and motivation
