For over 50 years, it has been dedicated to the needs of its owners and tenants. It is part of the Behrens Foundation group, which also includes the non-profit homeless assistance organization _Neue Wohnung_, the construction company _Behrens & Kauffmann_, and other companies. Real Estate Clerk (m/f/d) for Commercial Property Management

- Full-time -

Your responsibilities:


  • Together with an experienced team of five, you will ensure the commercial management of properties and independently manage the properties assigned to you.
  • You will be available to tenants and owners by phone during fixed office hours.
  • You will be the direct contact person for the respective property owners.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out minor maintenance measures and will coordinate with colleagues from the technical property management department if necessary.
  • You will work closely with the property caretakers, who are primarily responsible for property viewings, moveins, and moveouts.
  • Your tasks will also include digital data maintenance, rental and property accounting, and occasional support in financial accounting.
