We are currently seeking a full-time Head of Surgery (m/f/d) at our Klinikum Weiden location to join the team at Kliniken Nordoberpfalz AG as soon as possible.

You are:

  • A qualified nurse with additional training in station management and a degree in nursing science
  • Experienced in leading a team
  • Experienced in the nursing field, preferably in surgery
  • Knowledgeable in process design and hospital financing

You have:

  • A teamoriented mindset and value open and respectful communication
  • A passion for shaping sustainable processes and developing the nursing service together with the nursing management
  • The ability to effectively manage and control areas and possess assertiveness
