For our client, an established customer center with global locations and numerous awards, we are looking for several employees (m/f/d) for customer support on a used car platform in Watkins, IA.


Your responsibilities:


  • Providing assistance with accountrelated questions
  • Assisting with posting advertisements
  • Deleting individual ads (e.g. for noncompliance with terms and conditions)
  • Updating master data
  • Handling invoice inquiries
  • Managing credits
  • Supporting dealers

Your profile:


  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Proficient in email communication
  • Flexibility and reliability
