Working for the city of Sonthofen involves a lot of variety in tasks, opportunities, and shaping. The Department of Urban Planning deals with the spatial and structural development of the city of Sonthofen. This includes both public measures and private construction projects. The tasks range from conceptual development to the concrete implementation of projects.

For this purpose, we are looking for a(n)

Urban Planner (m/f/d)

in the Department of Urban Planning, Urban Development, and Conversion

in part-time (up to a maximum of 22.5 hours per week) and permanent.

Your main tasks are:

Urban preparation and support of urban land-use planning (preparatory and binding land-use planning) and urban development statutes in coordination with the department head of building administration

Independent development, updating, and coordination of urban concepts/framework plans,
