Proclinical is seeking an Associate Director of Biostatistics for a biotech company located in Quinnesec, MI. This is a permanent position with the option to work remotely from anywhere in Germany. The company is dedicated to improving the lives of many.

Responsibilities:

Oversee outsourced statistical CRO activities and ensure high quality deliverables.
Contribute to the development of divisional methods.
Conduct sample size calculations, develop statistical analysis plans, and guide TFL development.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Advanced degree in statistics or biostatistics.
Minimum of 5 years of experience (with a master's degree) or 3 years of experience (with a PhD degree) in a pharmaceutical company or CRO with proposal familiarity.
Knowledge of clinical study designs, statistical strategies, adaptive designs, regulatory guidelines (such as ICH, FDA, EMA), and statistical software (such as SAS, EAST, and R).
Ability to see the bigger picture, with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and solutionoriented thinking.
Familiarity with clinical study designs in either oncology or infectious diseases.
