Conway 'ViaNobis - Kindertagesstätten KinderReich is looking for trainees for the practical integrated training as an educator (m/f/d) for our kindergartens in Gangelt.

We are seeking applicants who have completed a vocational training in the commercial/industrial/technical field and are now looking to pursue a career in the social sector.

We also welcome mature career changers and recent graduates who see themselves working with children in the early childhood education field in the long term.


As part of the three-year practical integrated training, you will be placed in a group at our KinderReich kindergarten for practical training two to three days a week.

The theoretical training will take place at a vocational college on the remaining days. Please register for a place at the vocational college in a timely manner.

Requirements
Completed secondary school education in the health and social sector or
Completed higher education entrance qualification and practical experience in the social field (at least 240 hours) or
Completed intermediate school leaving certificate and a completed at least two-year vocational training in the social field (childcare worker or social assistant) or
Another three-year vocational training in combination with experience in the social work field (at least 240 hours)
