Your tasks:

Leading (global) transformation projects to increase innovation power and process optimization
Effective team and stakeholder management to ensure project success
Development, implementation, and maintenance of efficient innovation management systems and processes
Continuous development of our competencies in the field of innovation management, including a focus on digital continuity of the tool landscape and sustainability in product development
Conducting analyses, benchmarking, and continuous evaluation of innovation performance
Maintaining and expanding partnerships and networks with universities and best-practice partners
Management support in the development and implementation of strategic company goals and in organizing strategy meetings
