Your role is diverse and exciting
- You passionately support our customers with all technical questions regarding our IT hardware products and are always up to date
- In addition to routinely answering written customer inquiries, you always have an open ear for our customers on the phone
- You are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive first-class customer service by always offering tailored solutions
- You process credit notes and complaints in cooperation with your colleagues in accounting and the RMA department
- You regularly coordinate with our sales team to optimize internal processes
- You are enthusiastic about our product innovations and are in constant communication with our product department to always be familiar with the technical details of our new products
- You are interested in customer service trends and always think about how we can expand our service in the best possible way
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree and have 1-2 years of experience in technical customer support
- You are familiar with IT hardware products from daily use
- Your passion is to professionally and friendly answer our customers' inquiries at all times
- You are an empathetic person with good technical understanding and a strong service mentality
- You work independently, solution-oriented, and as a team: this allows you to quickly find suitable solutions for more complex customer
