Reservation Supervisor m/w/d:

Join our team as a
Reservation Supervisor (m/w/d). We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to the Precise family.

Your future tasks include:

Supporting the reservation management for our 10 resorts and hotels
Leading the daily shifts
Implementing, monitoring and optimizing all reservation processes, checklists, and systems
Ensuring and adhering to all standards according to existing guidelines
Close collaboration with revenue management (revenue optimization, management & maintenance of online booking systems, etc.)
Promoting communication between adjacent departments
Complaint management via phone and email
Assisting in the training of new employees
Taking on individual projects

Your profile:

Completed training in the hotel industry
Professional experience in the hotel industry, ideally in front office or reservation department
Leadership experience
Ability to maintain focus on the essentials in stressful situations
Strong sense for the different needs of our guests and employees
Perfect German and English skills
Structured and organized way of working, as well as a friendly and warm demeanor
You are a true host at heart
You enjoy working in a team, are reliable and honest
You have a sense of responsibility and passion
You are proactive and show initiative
You have an eye for detail
You are excited to shape the future of a company and grow with it
