The Osterholz District Hospital is a modern, well-equipped and financially stable hospital providing basic and standard medical care, located in close proximity to the Hanseatic city of Bremen.

Our departments include Internal Medicine, Surgery and Orthopedics, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Radiology, Laboratory, Anesthesia and Intensive Care, as well as a Medical Care Center with practices for Surgery, Gastroenterology, Cardiology, Pediatrics and Urology.

Our team of 480 employees annually cares for both inpatient and outpatient patients.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Assistant Doctor in Surgery (m/f/d) to join our team, including on-call duties.

Our Surgical Department has 44 beds and is divided as follows:

General, Visceral and Vascular Surgery with a focus on minimally invasive surgery, stomach and colon surgery, as well as vascular surgery.

Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery with a focus on trauma surgery using all modern osteosynthesis techniques, shoulder, hip and knee joint endoprosthetics, and foot surgery.
