With almost 30 years of experience, we manage over 3,500 properties nationwide for private and institutional clients.

In our building services department, we specialize in technical support/operation, building cleaning, outdoor area maintenance, and property management. We always guarantee our clients a high quality of service.


To strengthen our team at the
Chemnitz location, we are looking for full-time employees in the area of
Building Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Performing general building maintenance tasks
  • Conducting rounds and inspections to check the properties
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues on site
  • Monitoring technical systems and coordinating with external service providers if necessary
  • Ensuring safety and security on the property
  • Maintaining green and outdoor areas
  • Snow removal

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training in a trade (m/f/d) or equivalent experience
  • Interest in managing technical systems
  • Ideally, you have experience in maintaining green areas
  • You have a selfsufficient and careful work style
  • Friendly demeanor and good communication skills
  • Punctual, reliable, and a helpful team player (m/f/d)
  • Valid driver's license
