We, the Target Setting & Strategies team, develop strategic and conceptual guidelines for wastewater treatment plants and networks (strategies, site development concepts, drainage concepts) in the wastewater disposal unit and take on asset and order management as well as controlling.

What you will be doing with us:

  • Public relations and target group work for wastewater disposal
  • Conducting tours for visitor groups, e.g. students, international delegations, subject experts
  • Organizing and conducting plant visits
  • Providing and updating information and presentation materials
  • Establishing new plant tours
  • Developing new formats for events related to public relations and target group work

What you bring with you:


  • Bachelor's degree in process engineering, water management or environmental engineering with indepth knowledge of relevant tasks
  • Alternatively: Technician in the mentioned fields with indepth knowledge of relevant tasks
  • Knowledge of the facilities and processes of wastewater disposal, including sewer networks, pumping stations, wastewater pressure pipeline networks, sewage treatment plants (wastewater and sludge treatment), discharges into bodies of water, road drainage and rainwater management
  • Special knowledge of different process flows and technical equipment in wastewater disposal
  • Knowledge of organizational and technological processes in the company
  • Customer contact training and didactic knowledge
  • Strong and recipientoriented communication skills, presentation skills and a confident appearance
  • A systematic approach as well
