We are currently seeking a Restaurant Manager (m/f/d) for our prestigious client in Dresden.


In this role, you will be responsible for the operational and financial management of the restaurant, as well as providing guidance to guests in selecting food and beverages.

You will also be responsible for cashier duties, creating work schedules, and organizing, presenting, and monitoring the wine cellar.


If you have experience as a head waiter (or similar qualifications), you will be trained for the role of Restaurant Manager.

Your responsibilities:


  • Managing the operational and financial aspects of the restaurant
  • Providing guidance to guests in selecting food and beverages
  • Cashier duties
  • Creating work schedules
  • Organizing, presenting, and monitoring the wine cellar

Required skills:


  • Professional experience in the abovementioned field/ experience as a head waiter or similar qualifications (training will be provided)
  • Fluent in German
  • Training qualification certificate (AdA certificate)
  • Good knowledge of wine
  • Strong customer orientation and team spirit
  • Knowledge of English is an advantage

Required education:


  • Completed training as a restaurant specialist (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience required
