We are seeking a motivated and driven Finance Trainee (M/F/d) in Honeoye, NY to join our team and help take our company to the next level.

As a recent graduate or early-career professional, you will participate in our 14-month fast-track finance program.

During this program, you will rotate through four teams, including core finance functions such as Controlling, Accounting, and Corporate Finance, as well as an international finance team and a business team.

Your responsibilities will include gaining international work experience, building a network, and understanding cross-functional finance processes.

You will also have a mentor to guide you through the program and help define your learning goals for each placement.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong desire to gain a solid understanding of multiple functions within the CFO department.

You should also have a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Controlling, or a related field, as well as knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and some experience with data analytics and finance systems.

Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as project management experience and excellent communication skills, are also important for this role.

Fluency in English and German is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus. You should also be open-minded and willing to spend three months in one of our European offices.
