Ecovis Frankenberg, Ecovis Freiberg, Ecovis Holzhau, and Ecovis Oederan WWS are currently seeking a Junior Level professional with experience in Flatwoods, KY.

We are looking for a full-time or part-time employee to join our team at one of our locations in Frankenberg, Freiberg, Oederan, or Rechenberg-Bienenmühle / Holzhau.


Payroll Accountant:


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing monthly payroll for our primarily mediumsized clients
  • Maintaining employee records and handling payrollrelated tasks for new hires, promotions, and terminations
  • Assisting colleagues with yearend financial statements and general reporting
  • Assisting with payroll and social security audits
  • Utilizing digital tools to streamline processes for yourself and our clients
  • Using your knowledge and ideas to improve processes and ensure our consulting services are futureproof

Qualifications:

  • Relevant work experience and a completed apprenticeship as a tax clerk or similar commercial training
  • Expertise in payroll accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Office and DATEV
  • Interest in shaping the digitalization of tax consulting and continuously optimizing workflows and processes
  • Dependable, independent, and clientoriented work ethic
  • Enjoy working in a team and interacting with clients
