To strengthen our motivated team, we are currently looking for a:

Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Control and monitor production processes
  • Operate machines and equipment
  • Assign and instruct production assistants
  • Identify and resolve disruptions in production processes
  • Adhere to safety regulations

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and rubber technology or toolmaker. Alternatively: completed technical vocational training and several years of experience in the plastics industry
  • Production experience required
  • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
  • Independent work style, team spirit, accuracy, and physical resilience
  • Organizational talent
