The Real Estate Construction Project Management department is responsible for the planning and implementation of projects in the Real Estate division's portfolio.

It assumes the role of owner for SWM properties.

The portfolio includes projects from the SWM housing construction offensive as well as a variety of developments in the commercial and special building sectors, as well as baths.

The department is also responsible for all construction activities of properties in the Olympic Park, with projects ranging from two to three-digit million amounts.

There are close interfaces with other organizational units such as land development and portfolio management, as well as asset management as the receiving unit for completed projects.
