Description

Reference: To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Project Manager (m/f/d) for our Kaufbeuren branch in the department of drying technology, starting as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:


· Contact person for restoration work after water damage
· On-site damage assessment
· Preparation of offers with detailed performance specifications
· Complete management of the respective project
· Coordination of our service technicians and subcontractors until acceptance
· Performance billing
· Sales activities and active customer care

What we expect from you:


· Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry
· Practical experience in construction management
· Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
· Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
· Teamwork and service orientation
· Proficient in MS Office products
