JOB SUMMARY
Scheduling of all guilty pleas


ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Scheduling Guilty Pleas with Public Defenders and
Private Counsel: 50%

Entering this Information into the Court Calander &


PMS:
15%

Locating Guilty Plea Files: 20%

Preparing Guilty Plea Paperwork: 10%

Organizing Guilty Plea Files: 5%


OTHER SPECIFIC TASKS OR DUTIES
Perform other duties as assigned.

Filing Dead Files

Transcribing

Filing Bench Warrants

Returning Files to ADA's

Attend Pre-trials/Status Conferences


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or GED; relevant post high education and training is desirable
  • Minimum of two (2) years clerical experience in an office setting
  • Able to use and create documents using Word Perfect 12, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to multitask and organize work
  • Able to maintain confidentiality
  • Any equivalent training, knowledge, and experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Minimum keyboard requirement; 50 WPM
  • Knowledge of Criminal Justice Systems and its related forms beneficial

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS/CLEARANCES

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily sedentary in nature; no special demands are required.
