INTRODUCTION

As Head of Finance (m/w/d) at Peter Park, you play a central role in the continuous and sustainable growth of our company.

Your main tasks include monitoring and analyzing our financial processes, creating well-founded strategic assessments, and designing and implementing effective financial strategies that drive our growth.

As a leader in the finance department, you will not only develop a holistic strategy for your team, but also actively contribute to formulating and achieving company goals by proactively seeking and successfully implementing growth opportunities.

Your expertise is crucial for ensuring our financial stability and supporting our expansion plans.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR TASKS?

You are responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and standardizing reporting for management and investors.
You create financial analyses, reports, and forecasts in accordance with regulatory requirements.
You manage accounting issues, including incoming and outgoing invoices.
You are responsible for implementing budget control, revenue and cost planning, and monthly liquidity planning.
You develop various controlling instruments such as project and sales controlling and shape agile processes and systems according to guidelines to ensure effective financial management.
You communicate and exchange with the tax advisor on all financial and tax matters.
You monitor internal and external audits, ensure compliance with audit standards, and handle findings or recommendations.
You are responsible for cash flow and liquidity to support operational requirements and investment opportunities.
You work closely with management and investors to develop longterm financial strategies that align with business goals.
