At Schellsburg, we are always on the lookout for the best talents to join our company and we rely on innovative recruiting strategies to find them. As an important part of our team, you will gain insights into various aspects of recruitment, especially our talent pool as a component of OTTO Talent Management. This includes exciting insights into topics such as talent broking and designing our candidate experience from application to onboarding.

Our team consists of 14 members who value teamwork and appreciation. We also make sure to have fun, whether it's at work or during our team days - we love our relaxed atmosphere and chat about various topics.

Many talk about "home office" - we talk about "mobile work": Every Tuesday, we have our team day on site, otherwise, each person decides for themselves the balance between mobile work and presence time that makes sense for them.

Your Impact

  • As part of the recruiting team at OTTO, you will gain insights into different HR areas related to talent acquisition and job placement. You will have a critical eye on our processes and contribute to optimizing our candidate journey.
  • You will support and accompany recruiters in application management (e.g. screening and evaluation of applications, consulting with departments and applicants) up to preparing contract offers.
  • You will gain first-hand experience in diagnostics by participating in job interviews and conducting initial phone screenings.
