Job Summary:


We are seeking a responsible and vigilant Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of all guests at our pool facility.

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, enforcing rules and regulations, and responding to emergencies in a prompt and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:


  • Monitor pool area to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
  • Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and prevent hazardous situations
  • Provide excellent guest service by assisting guests with inquiries and providing information about pool activities
  • Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as necessary
  • Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues
  • Perform routine pool maintenance tasks such as cleaning, testing water quality, and maintaining proper chemical levels
  • Assist with organizing and conducting swimming lessons or other aquatic programs

Requirements:


  • Must possess strong swimming skills and be able to swim long distances
  • Current Lifeguard certification including CPR, First Aid, and AED training
  • Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests of all ages
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for rescue situations
  • Previous experience in lifeguarding or related field is preferred but not required

Pay:
$17.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift

Experience:


  • Lifeguard: 2 years (preferred)
