Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for independently carrying out payroll and salary accounting for our clients as part of a team
  • You maintain and update employeerelated, salaryrelevant master data in the payroll system (DATEV Lodas and/or DATEV Payroll and Salary)
  • You handle reporting and certification processes
  • You are responsible for preparing evaluations and statistics
  • You handle correspondence with our clients, authorities, health insurance companies, social security agencies, and government agencies
  • You support in audits by authorities

Your profile:


  • You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) or a commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the field of payroll accounting and/or have practical experience in payroll accounting
  • You have strong communication skills, a confident and professional demeanor, and are also flexible
  • You enjoy working in a serviceoriented manner
  • You have extensive experience in payroll accounting as well as in income tax and social security law
  • Ideally, you have knowledge and experience with the tools DATEV Lodas and/or DATEV Payroll and Salary
  • You have very good German and MS Office skills
  • Your profile is rounded off by a high level of initiative and a careful and independent way of working
