Description
We are looking for an office manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Custer, MT for our construction company (electrical, heating, plumbing).
Responsibilities include:
- General administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, and writing documents
- Filing applications with various service providers
- Communicating with customers and suppliers via phone and email
- Placing orders and monitoring delivery dates
- Checking and recording delivery notes and invoices
- Creating quotes

Your profile:
- Completed vocational training (career changers and reentrants welcome)
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
