We are looking for an office manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Custer, MT for our construction company (electrical, heating, plumbing).


Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing meetings, and writing documents
  • Filing applications with various service providers
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Placing orders and monitoring delivery dates
  • Checking and recording delivery notes and invoices
  • Creating quotes
Full-time position.
