What we do for you

We will slowly introduce you to the profession of a nursing specialist (m/f/d) during your apprenticeship. A good training and close personal support from our nursing specialists, practice instructors, and nursing educators are a matter of course for us. Through central events for our trainees, such as apprentice events and celebrations, you will get to know the management and employee representation up close. We regularly meet for apprentice days and projects, where you will learn about the specific aspects of nursing at the Alexander-Stift. With our activities, we provide you with a platform to meet with other trainees, exchange ideas, learn new things, and network. We will create an apprenticeship plan for you in close cooperation with our partner schools and training sites, so that you can link the content of the theoretical and practical learning locations during your apprenticeship. To fully support you during your apprenticeship, we provide you with electronic teaching and learning materials, an apprentice app
