We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for our client, a large business publisher in Bonn, with the goal of eventual permanent employment.

Your responsibilities:

You will respond to written inquiries from our customers and support the editorial teams of our publishers
You will familiarize yourself with our products and processes and handle interesting customer service cases in the second level
You will handle incoming phone calls and address our customers' concerns regarding our subscription service
You will remain calm when dealing with an upset customer and work with them to find a solution to ensure their continued satisfaction
You will make independent decisions in the best interest of the customer, while keeping the company's goals in mind
You will advise customers on useful product additions and alternatives

Your profile:

You have a commercial education and/or experience in telephone customer contact
You are passionate about customer service and have a high level of empathy for our customers' concerns
You enjoy delving into complex topics and staying uptodate
You are articulate and able to communicate effectively with customers
You are accustomed to working independently
You are solutionoriented
