Responsibilities

Your new team.

In this role, you will lead a team of 25 employees in the areas of patient admission, billing, and archives, located at two different sites in Berlin.

You will maintain close contact with the three team leaders, chief physicians, and clinic managers. Regular meetings will provide opportunities for exchange.

You will also have the chance to network with patient managers from other facilities, sharing best practices and learning from each other.

Your new work environment.

You will be responsible for the professional and personnel management of inpatient, outpatient, and ambulatory billing, as well as administrative patient admission.

Your tasks will include coordinating and ensuring timely, accurate, and correct billing of hospital services, including debt management. In addition to inpatient services, you will also be responsible for billing international patients.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed business studies or training in a commercial profession.
  • Indepth knowledge of hospital billing and legal regulations.
  • Several years of experience as a manager or in a deputy position.
  • You enjoy bringing our employees at the two sites together as a team.
