My Duties

  • You will be responsible for onsite vocational training in the occupations of mechatronics (m/f/d) and skilled worker for metal technology (m/f/d) specializing in construction technology
  • For this, you will create a locationspecific training plan according to the specifications of our client
  • You prepare our client's trainees for their intermediate and final exams
  • You are a leader and coach for the educational work of the trainees in the client's company
  • You plan the company's deployment according to a logical and timely structure, as well as according to the training regulations
  • You conduct student internships and enjoy satisfying the curiosity of the students
  • You have budget responsibility for materials in training at our client's location
  • You accompany the training documentation of the trainees

My Qualifications

  • Successful completion of industrial master (electrical engineering or metal), statecertified technician (electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) or engineer (electrical engineering or mechanical engineering) with completed training aptitude test
  • Experience in the examination area of mechatronics and/or metal
  • Pedagogical skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Assertiveness, as well as structured, independent and goaloriented work style
