Our client, a medium-sized company in the real estate industry in Erlangen, is currently seeking a Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis.

This position will be filled through direct placement.

Your responsibilities

Independent management of technical measures in residential communities
Instruction and supervision of external craftsmen and maintenance companies
Organization and management of tendering and awarding of craftsman services
Coordination of tasks in the area of recurring inspections and maintenance management
Conducting property inspections
Participation in board meetings and occasionally in owners' meetings
Close collaboration with property managers

Your profile

Completed technical or craft apprenticeship
Interest in the management and administration of properties
Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
Fluent in written and spoken German
Strong customer service orientation
Confident and friendly demeanor
Reliability and enjoyment in work
Driver's license class B and current driving experience
