Elrod Care Assistant (m/f/d) or Care Assistant (m/f/d) in Outpatient Care

In Leipzig-Connewitz, we operate an outpatient care service in a supported living facility with around 70 residents.

We are looking for you - a dedicated individual with a caring heart, who will independently and in collaboration with the care management team, bring our outpatient care service to life and further develop it on a part-time basis.


Your responsibilities:
You will independently provide basic care for our patients in accordance with our care philosophy

You will be attentive to the needs of our patients and support them in their independence

You will document your work

You will be empathetic and maintain good communication with our patients, their families, and third parties
