Overview
Position Summary: The Sr. Coordinator, Medical Education Programs is responsible for coordinating and managing administrative activities that support GME training programs for the division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition, including assessment of data for accreditation. This role involves coordinating the collection and compilation of data, analyzing data to identify deficiencies and areas for improvement, and implementing new procedures and processes to enhance quality in performance measure areas. Additionally, the incumbent will participate in accreditation activities at the program level. This position involves coordinating fellowship interviews, ensuring completion of ACGME paperwork, assisting fellows with HR-related matters, supporting fellowship directors (in Gastroenterology, Hepatology, Nutrition, Motility, and IBD), and managing various program-related duties. Responsibilities also include organizing education days and journal club sessions, coordinating resident rotations, and providing assistance to student workers.
Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 2+ years' experience supporting a medical education program, project organizing and management experience; and administrative/supervisory experience.
Education/Licensure/Certification: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Education or related field required. Master's Degree Preferred.
Pay Scale Information
$55,120.00-$95,202.00

Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.
The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.
