What you will do with us at Avondale

  • With your experience, you will take on the planning and realization of construction projects in the cultural real estate sector in Hamburg
  • You will implement construction projects with a focus on technical, economic, and contractual requirements
  • You will lead the interdisciplinary team of internal and external stakeholders, such as architects and engineers
  • You will actively participate in the creation of object plans, as well as in tenders, obtaining offers, reviewing contract development, and awarding contracts
  • Using your communication skills, you will negotiate contracts and coordinate with all project stakeholders, such as specialist planners and experts

What you bring to the table

  • You have successfully completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering with a focus on construction, or a comparable education
  • You have extensive experience in project management of construction projects and leading complex construction projects
  • You have good knowledge in the areas of cost management, procurement procedures, construction management, billing, VOB, and HOAI
  • You are an organizational talent with negotiation skills and have a responsible, analytical, and creative approach
  • You enjoy continuously improving internal and external processes
