Compensation: Pay group 5 TVöD (municipalities) The city of Walsrode is seeking a Housekeeping Employee (m/f/d) for the town hall Walsrode and other properties for immediate employment.

The position is full-time (39 hours per week) and permanent.

The employment contract is based on the collective agreement for the public sector and is assigned to pay group 5 TVöD (municipalities).


The position includes the following tasks:

  • Maintenance, organization, monitoring, safety, cleaning, heating and ventilation of the town hall buildings, including the town hall square, parking lot, outdoor areas and sidewalks on the town hall property
  • Street cleaning and winter service (including weekends)
  • Locking service
  • Flagging
  • Support for elections, meetings, receptions, etc.
  • Rearranging furniture, preparing rooms
  • Minor repairs
