EPM is collaborating with one of our top clients in the field of clinical diagnostics and is seeking a:

Territory Sales Manager (Munich)

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have experience in maintaining and expanding key accounts. They should be comfortable with frequent travel and have the ability to consistently generate new sales leads. The candidate should also have a strong network of clinical diagnostic clients in Munich.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and maintain professional relationships with healthcare clients.
  • Conduct educational sessions and product demonstrations at medical trade shows.
  • Cultivate potential leads for future sales within the clinical sector.
  • Meet and exceed designated sales quotas in the diagnostic market.
  • Systematically track and report sales activities in a clinical setting.
  • Facilitate effective communication among clinical team members.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral degree in fields such as microbiology, molecular biology, virology, or related areas preferred.
  • Alternatively, formal education in the hospital sector (e.g. Medical Technical Assistant) with relevant work experience.
  • At least three years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the hospital industry.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex
