The Schwarz IT manages the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies within the Schwarz Group. This includes the selection, provision, operation, and further development of IT infrastructures, IT platforms, and business applications. In order to support the departments' business processes with IT solutions, Schwarz IT gathers the requirements of the departments in consultation meetings and collaborates with them to develop professional and high-performance IT solutions.

Your tasks

  • You will strengthen our service-oriented support department "IT Service Management" and become one of our "Process Managers" (m/f/d) in the company
  • As Process Manager - Incident Management (m/f/d), you will have process responsibility for incident management throughout the company based on ITIL
  • You will be the contact person (m/f/d) for our more than 30 local Incident Managers in the national companies, together you will develop optimization proposals for operational or procedural processes and the supporting tool ServiceNow
  • You will take on responsibility as project manager (m/f/d) for the implementation of optimizations in the process and in ServiceNow
  • You will act as a consultant (m/f/d) and central contact person (m/f/d) for incident management throughout the group
  • You will analyze the incident management process in the entire company using key figures and reports and will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence
