Paramount-Long Meadow in Wildeshausen is looking for a full-time employee to join our team.

We have been a partner for animal lovers for over 35 years, and our focus has always been on pets.

Our dedicated team works tirelessly in our specialty stores to ensure that our customers and their pets are happy.

We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and offering a wide range of products to meet the needs of every pet.

With over 400 locations in Germany and Austria, we strive to make every visit a positive experience for both pet owners and their furry companions.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing one of our stores independently.

This includes monitoring sales and costs, implementing necessary measures, and interpreting industry-specific metrics such as revenue, inventory, and personnel costs.

You will also lead and motivate your team, ensuring that they are scheduled efficiently to provide the best service to our customers.

Together, you will work to maintain an optimal flow of goods and ensure that our store always has an attractive product display.

Providing excellent customer service and upholding our company values will be a key part of your role.


To be successful in this position, you should have a completed commercial or equivalent education and previous experience in managing a store.

You should also have leadership experience in the retail or grocery industry and a proven track record of successfully leading a team.
