Your responsibilities:
- Conduct contract reviews to minimize risks for the company
- Prepare contractrelated documents such as order confirmations, guarantees, and letters of credit, including coordination
- Assist in obtaining and submitting tax documents
- Create and maintain project billing plans
- Maintain project data in SAP
- Assist with administrative tasks in the order center
Your profile:
- Completed business administration or legal assistant training
- Precise and systematic work approach
- Good English language skills in speaking and writing
