We are looking for you as:
Call Center Agent (m/f/d) for an emergency hotline in the healthcare sector in part-time - 100% remote work
Your new tasks:
- Initial assessment of the caller's individual situation using special software
- If necessary, refer the caller to medical care (from recommendations from the medical emergency service to the ambulance service)
- Documentation of the call in the system
What you bring with you:
- Professional experience in customer service or in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Career changers are welcome
- Very good knowledge of German, knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility to work in shifts (especially in the late shift and on Sundays and public holidays)
- Patience, friendliness, and empathy for the best possible care and assistance for callers
