- Use project definitions to deliver solutions that achieve critical success factors through cross-functional collaboration
- Release design documentation to clearly communicate product and component requirements
- Support hands-on prototyping to bring concepts to life
- Drive validation testing to ensure designs meet requirements
- Research and investigate cutting-edge technologies to pursue innovative products, processes, and solutions
- 15% domestic and international travel
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Science, Materials or related. Relevant experience will be considered.
- 2-3 years of design experience in a component or product development environment
- Experience designing consumer products preferred
- Experience applying technologies to create products or subsystems as part of larger product design
- Experience with CAD tools; 3D modeling and FEA experience preferred
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes
