Position:
Business Analyst III - Appeals & Grievances

Location:
Los Angeles, CA REMOTE

Duties:


  • Collaborat**e with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements
  • Conduct data analysis using SQL and R to provide insights for decisionmaking
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to drive project success
  • Create visual representations of business processes using Visio
  • Perform serverside data processing and analysis
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends and patterns
  • Support the development of analytics solutions

Experience:


  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
  • Experience with R for statistical analysis and data visualization
  • Knowledge of serverside operations for data processing
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management
  • Ability to create process flow diagrams using Visio

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with Data Analysis tools and techniques
  • Understanding of Analytics principles

Pay:
$88, $110,509.00 per year


Experience level:

  • 5 years

  • QNXT: 2 years (preferred)
Business Analyst: 5 years (preferred)
Claim Processing: 1 year (preferred)
Healthcare Background: 3 years (preferred)
