To strengthen our team in nursing and operating room training and the school for surgical assistants at Bennett Springs, we are looking for a permanent course leader (m/f/d) for surgical assistants in full-time.

Salary will be based on qualifications and responsibilities according to TV-L, reference number:

Your responsibilities:
Comprehensive teaching activities (based on evidence-based teaching)

Conducting and designing module exams, practical and oral exams Course management/leadership, schedule planning Practical supervision Curriculum work, evaluation and further development of the school curriculum Development of practical instruction (development, evaluation, complex differentiated, critical-analytical instruction situations) Evidence-based practice work Working in working groups We are looking for:
A completed degree in vocational education for healthcare professions (at least Bachelor's) or an equivalent degree (nursing education, medical education) or a completed further education as a teacher for healthcare professions, combined with the willingness to pursue a degree and teaching experience A completed specialist training for the operating room or an education as a surgical assistant and several years of professional experience in the operating room A further education as a practical instructor is desired A professional, pedagogical self-concept, willingness to design teaching in an action-oriented and innovative way Sense of responsibility and communication skills Teamwork and regular participation in further education and secure IT
