Job Overview:

This position requires travel to both our Johnson Creek and our Oconomowoc locations.

Duties:


  • Provide leadership and direction to the clinical staff
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
  • Oversee case management and ensure effective care coordination
  • Manage nursing services, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations
  • Utilize systems to track patient outcomes and quality metrics
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership role within assisted living or healthcare setting
  • Strong background in nurse management and case management
  • Knowledge of critical care, physiology, and medical terminology
  • Familiarity with hospice care services and medical records management

Pay:
$75, $79,530.00 per year
