With people for people, you shape your daily work in the human resources department in Seligenstadt
Your tasks include:
- Be a sparring partner and strategic advisor for the managers in your area of responsibility.
- Support, advise, and accompany managers and employees (including apprentices, dual students, interns, and working students) in all HRrelated issues, projects, and processes in line with the overall HR strategy.
- Take responsibility for managing all necessary processes and projects throughout the employee lifecycle, including:
- Workforce planning and recruitment
- Support for personnel and leadership development
- Implementation of the talent management concept
- Consultation and handling of personnel changes and organizational developments
- Conducting separation management or exit processes
- Analyze the key figures provided by personnel controlling
- Help us continuously develop our HR tools and processes
