With people for people, you shape your daily work in the human resources department in Seligenstadt


Your tasks include:


  • Be a sparring partner and strategic advisor for the managers in your area of responsibility.
  • Support, advise, and accompany managers and employees (including apprentices, dual students, interns, and working students) in all HRrelated issues, projects, and processes in line with the overall HR strategy.
  • Take responsibility for managing all necessary processes and projects throughout the employee lifecycle, including:
  • Workforce planning and recruitment
  • Support for personnel and leadership development
  • Implementation of the talent management concept
  • Consultation and handling of personnel changes and organizational developments
  • Conducting separation management or exit processes
  • Analyze the key figures provided by personnel controlling
  • Help us continuously develop our HR tools and processes
