**Role Summary: Reporting in an office environment to the Vice President of Emerging Markets, the Regional Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of our Portable Sanitation division. This position will oversee all the Branch Office Managers, as well as the associated administrative functions that those Office Managers facilitate. Additionally, this position will act as the spearhead of all new branch offices' administrative roles and hire Office Managers for those new locations.

**Role Priorities / Responsibilities: - Communicate with field and yard personnel to facilitate the daily back office and administrative functions of a new and growing division of Stallion

  • Establish best practice Standard Operating Procedures for all field administrative functions and ensure compliance throughout the division
  • Reconcile regional invoicing each month and ensure that all billings have been completed
  • Assist the Accounting Group in the month end cycle by ensuring that
  • All invoicing out of the billing system is posted to the ERP system
  • All Purchase Orders for goods and services received from vendors are properly processed
  • Assist in the opening of new branch offices by helping to facilitate transactions while working to staff the location with a new Office Manager
  • Willing to step in and assist with daytoday branch office manager tasks and backup key personnel when needed Act as a bridge between the Field Office teams and the Sales Organization
**Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Knowledgeable and highly proficient in Billing Systems, Oracle ERP, and interfacing with BI systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; articulates with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage time effectively and balance multiple projects
  • Able to think creatively, highly driven, and selfmotivated
  • Able to work collaboratively with team members in a handson management capacity
  • Demonstrates the highest standards for accuracy, precision, and organization Some travel may be required in order to facilitate new hires

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years of Accounts Payable or Purchasing experience required
  • 3+ years of Supervisory experience required
  • Experience in Oracle ERP required
  • College degree strongly preferred
  • Accounts Receivable experience a plus
  • Experience in a Private Equity environment a plus
