Responsibilities:

  • Managing the daytoday operations of the large bakery in Germany
  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
  • Managing and developing employees in sales, marketing, and production
  • Ensuring efficient production processes and quality standards
  • Conducting continuous market analysis and identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in a leadership position in sales or marketing
  • Experience in the retail sector of the food industry is advantageous
  • Leadership experience and team management skills
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
